We want you to know exactly what you are buying before you order. Everything on this page is how our jewellery is made and how to look after it.

What our jewellery is made of

• Base metal: our pieces are made on a steel or brass base. Each product page shows the base metal for that piece.
• Finish: our anti-tarnish finish is an 18K gold polish, and it is used across our range.
• Anti-allergic: our jewellery is made to be anti-allergic.
• Stones and pearls: some pieces feature stones or pearls. Where they do, the product page lists them.
• Pieces that look alike are made from the same materials.

What you see is what you get

• Our product photos are of the actual pieces, shot in-house.
• Colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.
• Handmade pieces, stones and pearls can vary slightly from piece to piece.
• Before dispatch, every piece is checked against a checklist: all sides, condition and polish, clasps and hooks, stones and plating, scratches and symmetry.

How to care for your jewellery

• Keep it away from perfume.
• Keep it away from chemicals.

Care instructions are also printed on your bill.

What we don't promise

• We don't offer a separate plating warranty.
• We don't claim our jewellery is waterproof.
