How Returns Work

Here is exactly how a return or exchange works at Kagaru. For the full terms, see our Return & Refund Policy.

Before you start: is your item eligible?

• Returns and exchanges must be requested within 4 days of delivery.
• Products with an MRP below ₹700 are not eligible for return.
• The product barcode tag must be intact.
• Online orders can't be exchanged at our Baner store.

Step 1: Tell us within 4 days

Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 94054 24848 or by email at info@kagaru.in with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.

Step 2: We arrange a pickup

Once your request is approved, pickup is arranged within 7 days.

• If we sent a damaged, defective or wrong item, Kagaru pays the return shipping.
• For all other returns, the return shipping cost is paid by the customer.

Step 3: We inspect the product

When the product reaches us, we check it and the barcode tag.

Step 4: Refund or exchange

• Refund: initiated within 4 days of inspection. Original shipping and COD charges are not refundable.
• Exchange: if the product you want in exchange is out of stock, the exchange is completed once it is available again.

Cancelling an order

Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched.
